Sinopse

Depois que uma pequena cidade foi exposta a um misterioso vírus ou arma biológica, a insanidade começa a tomar conta do local. O exército toma de assalto a cidade e, sem saber o que se passa, o xerife David Dutton (Timothy Olyphant), sua esposa Judy (Radha Mitchell) e outros moradores lutam com todas as forças para sobreviver ao ataque dos habitantes, que se tornaram frios assassinos e zumbis sedentos de sangue.
